First Riding Lesson with Emma
(well, it was more of a little training lesson, but I hauled her to a
different barn, and it was all done in a strange place with
other horses working and people around the arena watching)
 

I think I need to find longer reins. That's about as long as I could feed out.

We even got some trotting under saddle (with my trainers help). A little leaping and resistence til Emma figured out what we wanted. Everything is just a little slower with her, but when she finally understands what we want, she's pretty willing to do it.
