58 iv. Alfred Duke of Edinburgh, Duke of SAXE-COBURG was born in Windsor Castle 6 AUG 1844. Duke of Edinburgh died 30 JUL 1900 in Schloss Rosenau, near Coburg, at 55 years of age. He married Marie of Russia in St. Petersburg, 23 JAN 1874. Marie was born in St. Petersburg 17 OCT 1853. Marie was the daughter of ALEXANDER II Emperor of Russia and Marie. 60 vi. Louise Caroline Alberta SAXE-COBURG, Duchess of ARG was born in Buckingham Palace 18 MAR 1848. Louise died 3 DEC 1939 in Windsor Castle, at 91 years of age. She married John CAMPBELL, 9th Duke of ARGYLL in St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, 12 MAR 1871.

61 vii. Arthur William Patrick Albert SAXE-COBURG, Duke of CONNAUGHT⁽²⁸⁾ was born in Buckingham Palace 1 MAY 1850. Arthur died 16 JAN 1942 in Bagshot Park, Surrey, at 91 years of age.
