He married Adele HOLLAND.

Enguerrand I Count of PONTHIEU and Adele HOLLAND had the following children:

1169 ii. Enguerrand II Count of PONTHIEU. Enguerrand died 1053. He married Adelaide deGAND, Countess d'AUMALE. Adelaide was born 1030. Adelaide was the daughter of Robert II "Le Diable" 6th Duke of Normandy and Herleve (Arlette). Adelaide died before 1090.
