Baldwin IV "The Bearded"³³ of Flanders ((Arnold) Arnulf II "The Young"³⁴ Count of Flanders, (Baudoin) Baldwin III³⁵, Arnulf I (Arnold) "The Old"³⁶ Count of Flanders & ARTOIS, Baldwin II³⁷ Count of Flanders, ARTOIS & BOULOGNE, Baldwin I "Bras-de-Fer"³⁸ of Flanders)⁽⁷⁰⁰⁾ was born 980. Baldwin died 30 MAY 1035. His body was interred in Chapel of St, Laurent, Abbey of St.Pierre.

He married twice. He married Eleanor. Eleanor is the daughter of Richard II "Le Bon" 4th Duke of Normandy and Judith. He married Ogiva (Cunegonde) of Luxembourg 1012. Ogiva was the daughter of Frederick of Luxembourg and unknown. Ogiva died 21 FEB 1030. Count of Valenciennes & Flanders; m(2) Eleanor, dau. of Richard II, Duke of Normandy.
